What are the "Meat sweats" you speak of?

This can change, but typically smoked brisket and pork shoulder (pulled pork), smoked pork loin, and beer can chicken.
Does this party go very late?
Typically no, since everyone is so full of meaty smokey goodness people tend to roll out (pun intended) before it's to late.. but you never know...
What if I'm too meat-drunk to drive?
Not to worry, you can camp out! Bring your tent and creature comforts and stay in our backyard. We have 3 acres, so there's plenty of room!
